Floral painting from my yard

This floral painting started with the colorful blooming of the amaryllis. The leaves were an exciting challenge. The flower buds were getting ready to bloom.

I call this painting "Touched by the Sun".

Floral painting from Wisconsin vacation

After visiting the Botanical Gardens in Madison, Wisconsin, I came across this red flower in the butterfly garden.

It became the subject of this floral painting, which I call "Red".

"Jungle Island Landscape and Floral painting"

After spending a day at Jungle Island in Miami, I was struck by the brilliance of the colorful parrots. This painting, which I have named "Out On A Limb" is my interpretation of the wonderful foliage and brightly colored parrots.

"Garden Blaze" An original painting that is currently at the "Starving Artist Exhibit" in the Broward Main Library in Gallery 6. We're having our "Sock Hop" reception this Sunday, july 20th.
